To unlock smart savings, your Responsible Grid battery needs a live Wi-Fi connection.
Weāll walk you through installing the Bluetti battery app, logging in with the credentials we provided, and linking the battery to your home network.
Total time: about 5 minutes.
1. Install the Bluetti app
Install the Bluetti app by following this link: https://download.bluetti.app/ or by scanning the following QR code below and downloading via the App Store / Google Play. Once installed, open the app. Allow Bluetooth permissions when prompted.
2. Log in
On the first screen choose Log In and enter the email and password provided to you by the Responsible Grid team. The credentials are printed at the front of the welcome booklet. You may also reach out to the Responsible Grid team to get your log in details at pilot@responsiblegrid.com & 646-397-2586ā¬.
Tip: Tap Remember me so you donāt have to re-enter each time.
3. Linking or resetting Wi-Fi
- Switch the battery on. The app should detect it via Bluetooth.
- Donāt see it? Tap + Add Device and select Search via Bluetooth.
- On My Devices, locate your device and tap the ā¢ā¢ā¢ menu, and choose Reset WiFi.
- Select your home Wi-Fi network, enter the password, and press OK.
